01 Definitions

02 Acceptance of Terms

04 Age Verification & Eligibility

05 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

06 Bonuses & Promotions

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Closure

xy777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• A player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A player holds more than one account on the xy777 Platform.
• KYC verification documents provided by the player are found to be false, altered, or belonging to another individual.
• A player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a valid PKR deposit.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, xy777 may forfeit some or all of the PKR balance held in the account, at its discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach — for example, at the player's own request — the verified PKR real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any outstanding Bonus Funds.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the xy777 support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the xy777 Platform — including but not limited to the xy777 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of xy777 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
